🔲 Session 1: Origin

Why you hesitate even when you already know what to do

This session explores how fear, conditioning and nervous system patterns shape the way we relate to safety, control and decision-making. Participants begin recognising the unconscious strategies they developed to feel secure and how those patterns continue to influence their lives today.

In this session you will:

  • understand how fear and nervous system activation shape our behaviour

  • recognise your own safety-seeking and control patterns

  • identify how past conditioning influences current decisions

  • learn the difference between healthy structure and rigid control

  • begin developing nervous system awareness and self-trust

🔲 Session 2: Outsourcing

Where you rely on work, money or other people to feel secure

[16 June | 10 am GST - 5pm AWST via Zoom ]

This session explores the ways we outsource safety externally through relationships, achievement, identity, performance and validation. Participants begin recognising the emotional patterns that keep them disconnected from themselves while trying to feel safe, valued or in control.

In this session you will:

  • recognise where you seek safety outside yourself

  • explore patterns of performance, over-functioning and self-erasure

  • understand co-dependence, hyper-independence and healthy interdependence

  • identify survival-based beliefs shaping your behaviour

  • begin reconnecting with a more grounded internal orientation

🔲 Session 3: Shift

How to feel steady enough to act without needing certainty

[23 June | 10 am GST - 5pm AWST via Zoom ]

This session explores the shift from survival-based living into a more grounded and creative orientation toward life. Participants begin learning how to create enough internal and external scaffolding to move through uncertainty without waiting for complete certainty first.

In this session you will:

  • understand the difference between survival and creation orientation

  • explore what real safety actually is

  • learn how to create healthy scaffolding and support structures

  • strengthen trust in yourself and your decision-making

  • begin taking aligned action without needing guarantees first

🔲 Session 4: Integration

Living without organising your life around fear

[ 30 June | 10 am GST - 5pm AWST via Zoom ]

This final session focuses on integration, discernment and sustainable change. Participants learn how to recognise old activation patterns more quickly, reconnect with themselves under stress and create practical foundations for moving forward with greater steadiness and self-trust.

In this session you will:

  • recognise old fear-based activation loops more quickly

  • strengthen discernment and internal coherence

  • understand nervous system lag and adjustment

  • identify practices that support grounded decision-making

  • create a personal scaffolding plan for ongoing integration
