Leadership Coaching Modules

(10 Modules) 

Coaching modules can be undertaken in a package of 6-10 to assist coaching sessions or individually as and when required.

Module 1:
expand your impact as a leader

The awareness of your own values, needs, purpose, strengths and areas for development coupled with the ability to manage your emotions and reactions in challenging situations positively influence the way you interact - inspire and communicate with your team and stakeholders. Module 2:
increase your Confidence and Resilience in Leadership

Most of us lack confidence in one or more areas in professional or personal life, and this deficiency may significantly influence our desired leadership style. This module combines techniques of confidence and resilience building, the attributes, which, when developed, help achieve the overall self-esteem. Self-esteem is essential while presenting, negotiating or in situations where higher emotional self-regulation is required. 

Module 3:
make better decisions fast  

The ability to think on your feet defines a good leader.  Self-regulation amongst other emotional intelligence skills, helps control our emotional reactions and enable focused approach, the appropriate perspective and balance of intuition and facts to do the right thing. Learn all the necessary skills including fundamentals of mindfulness to manage your decision-making processes well. 

Module 4: 
engage and motivate your staff  

Employees often feel disconnected from the values and vision of their organisation, and therefore are challenged to find motivation to undertake the required tasks. Individual motivation comes from inner drive, and that is fuelled by our own personal values. In order to find motivation and fulfilment at work, it is essential to align own values and vision with the values and vision of the organisation.

Module 5: 
identify and achieve your career Goals 

The key to success and fulfilment lies in the balance of present moment awareness and focus on your future goals. The process of setting goals starts with higher self awareness and longer term vision. Only then can a detailed action plan including long and short-term goals be established and prioritised. 

Module 6:
manage your Time & Energy effectively  

Time is our most valuable asset and it is only up to us to decide whether we spend it on ourselves, others, on trivia or productive work. Managing time requires juggling what is urgent and that, which is truly important. Why do we choose less productive tasks and how to avoid procrastination? How do we choose activities which encourage our growth and development, which in turn generate more energy? Join this module and learn all the valuable skills and tricks.

Module 7:
manage stakeholder Relations well

The level of our emotional intelligence determines how well we form and sustain relationships with clients and colleagues. Social skills as well as other pillars of emotional intelligence are equally important to achieving success in rapport building, communication and negotiation with others. 

Module 8:
Communicate skilfully to achieve desired outcomes
 

 Ineffective communication cost businesses millions of dollars each year, and individuals pay the highest price in a form of lost projects, relationships and even lost jobs. It is not the knowledge of different personality types and communication styles that enable the most effective communication. It is the presence and focus which take speaking and listening to a whole new level. Learn the most effective strategies to master communication in all facets of your life.

Module 9: 
handle stress and address issues in Difficult Conversations 

We apprehend difficult conversations as we either expect to come across too assertive or not assertive enough. These reactions are all impacted by high emotions. Recognition of emotional states and appropriate response is the first step in assertive communication, followed by a series of step-by-step strategies to apply to address challenging issues. 

Module 10: 
Influence, Persuade and negotiate effectively  

To inspire, motivate, influence or delegate are all skills determining the success of a leader. Any regular conversation incorporates elements of influencing and persuading. The more equipped we are to regulate our emotions and then apply the right influencing strategies, the better results we facilitate through our conversations.
