About Kasia Om

I believe regeneration starts within.

When individuals shift their inner state, the systems they lead shift as well.

For more than 15 years I have worked at the intersection of leadership and human awareness — helping individuals and organisations reconnect with clarity, responsibility and presence.

Today, as technology accelerates and artificial intelligence reshapes how we work, these human capacities are becoming even more essential.

  • Clear judgement.

  • Self-trust.

  • Emotional intelligence.

  • Relational awareness.

These are the foundations of leadership that remain uniquely human.

My work supports professionals and leaders to strengthen these capacities so they can remain thoughtful, grounded and effective in complex environments.

Experience

Over the past decade and a half my work has taken me across corporate, public sector and entrepreneurial environments.

I have worked with:

• leadership teams navigating organisational change

• professionals stepping into greater responsibility

• entrepreneurs building global businesses

• individuals seeking greater clarity and authenticity in their lives

My work has taken me from boardrooms in London to retreat settings in Australia, from public sector leaders in Europe to entrepreneurs building global ventures.

I have coached executives one-on-one, designed leadership programs on emotional intelligence and resilience, and facilitated strategic conversations for teams navigating complexity and growth.

Earlier in my career I was among the first to introduce mindfulness into corporate leadership programs in Australia — work that attracted national attention and was featured on ABC television.

Bridging Personal and Professional Development

Alongside my corporate work, I have created spaces for deeper personal reflection and transformation.

Programs such as Plug Back In and Alignment Coaching support individuals to pause, reconnect with themselves and return to a more authentic way of living and leading.

This dual perspective — personal and professional — is central to my work.

Because in reality, leadership does not exist separately from the person who leads.

Professional Background

Before focusing fully on coaching and leadership development, I held senior business development roles including:

• CPA Australia

• The Western Australian Government’s London Office

In these roles I built international partnerships, supported organisational growth and worked closely with leaders navigating global business environments.

This experience grounds my work in both human insight and organisational reality.

My Approach

I bridge the personal and the professional — because in the end, they are never truly separate.

When leaders develop greater self-awareness and inner clarity, the way they lead teams, organisations and communities begins to shift as well.
