MASTERHEART
Practise Coherent Living
Membership • Community • Living Practice
You may already know what matters to you, what needs to change and even who you want to become. The harder part is living it. MasterHeart is a live monthly practice community for closing the gap between what you know and how you actually live.
Most of us already know enough.
We’ve learned about ourselves. We know the patterns we keep repeating, where our boundaries are, what matters to us and often what we want to change. We may have read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended workshops or spent years investing in our own growth.
But knowing it and living it are two very different things.
How often have you left a conversation, workshop, book or programme thinking, “That was such a good reminder” - a reminder of something you already knew?
And then life happens.
We say yes when we want to say no. We doubt something we had known clearly. We fall back into familiar patterns. We stay quiet when we want to speak. We prioritise everybody else and disappear from our own list. We make the sensible choice, while something in us still says, this isn’t right for me.
We know. But in the moments that matter, we don’t always live what we know.
You don’t need another good reminder. You need somewhere to practise.
MasterHeart exists to help close the gap between who we currently are and who we are yearning to become.
That is what we mean by coherence: greater alignment between:
what we know and how we live
what we value and what we choose
what we feel and what we express
what we say matters and where we put our time and energy
who we recognise ourselves to be and how we actually live
MasterHeart is a place to bring that gap into the room: to examine it, question it, understand what sits underneath it and explore another way. Then we take what we discover back into our actual lives and practise it there.
We don’t come together primarily to know more. We come together to practise living what we know and becoming more fully who we recognise ourselves to be.
MasterHeart isn’t somewhere you come to be fixed.
It’s somewhere you come to practise.
Who is MasterHeart for?
For people who don’t just want to understand themselves better.
They want their lives to increasingly reflect what they understand.
MasterHeart is for people who are self-aware, who may have read the books, attended programmes, worked with coaches or therapists, listened to the podcasts, built careers, raised families, navigated change and learned a great deal about themselves along the way.
And despite all of that, there may still be parts of your life that don’t quite match what you know.
Perhaps you:
understand a pattern but still find yourself repeating it
know what matters to you but struggle to organise your life around it
find yourself caught between what you want and what others expect of you
second-guess yourself even when something inside you already knows
are changing internally and wondering what that means for your relationships, work or the life you’ve built
simply sense that the way you have been living no longer entirely fits who you are becoming
You don’t need to arrive with a clearly defined problem or goal. Sometimes the starting point is simply:
‘Something feels off.’
MasterHeart is for people willing to become curious about that feeling — to question what they have inherited, recognise what is genuinely theirs and practise living from that place.
How MasterHeart works
MasterHeart is not a course to complete. It is an ongoing practice. Each month we come together around a question or theme and move through three interconnected experiences:
Sense Making
We explore an aspect of being human that helps us make better sense of ourselves, each other and the world we are living in. Rather than being given answers, we explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions and practise how to think, not what to think.
Return to Myself
We bring the exploration closer. What does this mean for me? Where does it show up in my life? Where am I living coherently with what I know and value and where am I not? Through reflection, conversation and practice, we become more able to recognise what is ours, trust our own knowing and consciously choose how we want to live.
Practice Lab
We bring real life into the room. A member may bring a current dilemma, decision, relationship or situation they are navigating. Through facilitated exploration, thoughtful questions and different perspectives, we create space for greater clarity and possibilities to emerge. We don’t fix, diagnose or tell one another what to do. We practise listening without fixing, asking rather than assuming, challenging without taking authority away and staying curious when another person’s answer would not be our own. The value doesn’t come from one person having the answer. It comes from how we learn to think, listen and explore together.
And then: Life
MasterHeart doesn’t end when the gathering does. You take something back into your actual life - a question, practice, experiment, conversation, decision or different way of responding. Then life gives you somewhere to practise it.
Sense Making → Return to Myself → Practice Lab → Life → Return
Coherence isn’t something we understand once. It is something we practise until the way we live begins to reflect what we know.
What might we explore?
Each MasterHeart gathering centres around a question or theme relevant to how we actually live.
We might explore:
self-trust and decision-making;
boundaries, responsibility and guilt;
relationships without self-abandonment;
conflict and difficult conversations;
work, purpose and changing identity;
belonging and expectations;
what it means to remain deeply human in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
Themes evolve with the community and the world around us. There is no fixed curriculum and no predetermined answer. What connects every conversation is the same question: What would it mean to live this more coherently?

MasterHeart is designed for real conversations about real life.
Sessions are not recorded so members can speak openly. What is shared within the group is treated with care and confidentiality.
Clarity Backed by Expertise - FAQ
-
No. You don’t need to arrive with a problem to solve or a clearly defined goal. Sometimes the starting point is simply a sense that something isn’t quite fitting anymore — in your work, relationships, decisions or the way you’re living. MasterHeart gives you somewhere to become curious about that.
-
Not at all.
Some members may already know Kasia through previous programmes, workshops or individual work, while others will be completely new to her work.
What matters is a willingness to reflect, participate, stay curious and respect that another person’s way of living may be different from your own.
-
Neither.
MasterHeart is a facilitated practice community for exploring how we live, relate, choose and respond.
There may be meaningful and personal conversations, but the purpose isn’t to diagnose, treat or fix one another. It is to develop greater awareness, self-trust and coherence — and practise bringing these into everyday life.
-
Life happens.
MasterHeart sessions are not recorded so members can speak openly, but you’ll still receive the month’s reflection and practice questions and remain connected through the private community and MasterHeart Library.
There is no curriculum to fall behind on. You simply return to the next gathering.
-
No. You choose what you bring into the room and how much you share.
MasterHeart depends on participation, but participation can take different forms — reflecting, asking questions, listening, contributing to a conversation or bringing something from your own life when you want to.
-
MasterHeart is a deliberate play on the idea of a MasterMind.
But this isn’t about heart instead of mind. It’s about bringing the two together.
The mind helps us analyse, understand and make sense of things. The heart brings values, humanity, discernment, courage and what matters deeply to us.
MasterMind develops how we think. MasterHeart explores how we live.

There is no fixed programme length.
