We Become What We Seek

Everything we long for in another: deep presence, emotional safety, financial stability, wise reflection, is often what our own heart is craving from within.

We ought to become the energy we want to experience first - not as performance, but as something we embody.

Before I understood that, I spent years waiting to be rescued emotionally and financially. Wanting someone to see me, validate me, choose me.

It never came in the form I expected.

But slowly, I began becoming what I wanted most:

the listener, the holder, the anchor.

And that changed everything.

What are you seeking most in another? and what would it feel like to become that?

This is the mirror work we begin to explore inside the next online session Plug Back In – Relationship as Mirror.
