Modern life asks a lot. Over time it becomes easy to feel overwhelmed, pulled in many directions, and disconnected from yourself.
Plug Back In is a series of women’s sessions designed as a space to step out of the noise of everyday life and return to your own clarity and direction.
Each session stands on its own, you are welcome to attend one or come regularly.
This Session: The Disconnect & The Return
When Something Feels Off - Come Back to Yourself
Modern life can leave us feeling pulled in different directions; busy, functional, yet quietly disconnected from ourselves. You may not be able to explain it clearly, but something feels off. This session is a space to pause, notice what’s really going on, and begin the process of coming back to a more grounded and clear state.
What this session supports:
• recognising where you feel out of alignment
• understanding what may be driving that disconnection
• creating space to pause and reset
• taking a first step back towards yourself
What to expect:
• grounding and simple practices
• guided reflection
• gentle insights to support awareness
• optional sharing in a calm, supportive space

We will be seated on the floor in a relaxed circle. You are invited to bring your own cushion or a yoga mat.
Investment: £25 for this/ single session or £40 for 2 sessions
