Modern life asks a lot. Over time it becomes easy to feel overwhelmed, pulled in many directions, and disconnected from yourself.
Plug Back In is a series of women’s sessions designed as a space to step out of the noise of everyday life and return to your own clarity and direction.
Each session stands on its own, you are welcome to attend one or come regularly.
This Session: Coming Home to Yourself - Reconnect with Your Inner Direction
Once you begin to slow down and reconnect, a deeper question emerges: What does it actually mean to feel at home in yourself?
This session explores your relationship with yourself and how you listen, respond and trust what is true for you beneath the noise. It is a space to deepen that connection and begin relating to yourself with more clarity and steadiness.

• deepening your connection with your own voice
• recognising what is true for you vs external expectations
• strengthening self-trust and inner direction
• relating to yourself with more clarity and steadiness
What to expect:
• grounding and simple practices
• guided reflection
• optional sharing in a calm, supportive space

We will be seated on the floor in a relaxed circle. You are invited to bring your own cushion or a yoga mat.
