The Year You Choose Yourself
A New Year Salon for Women
Releasing What’s Old · Allowing What’s True · Planning From Alignment
This January salon is a threshold space, a pause between who you’ve been and who you are becoming.
Rather than pushing forward with resolutions or rigid plans, this morning invites a different kind of leadership: one rooted in self-trust, presence and inner coherence.
The Year You Choose Yourself unfolds through three signature movements, not as techniques, but as embodied practices you can return to throughout the year.
The morning unfolds through three unconventional movements:
✧ Letting Go
Releasing what has completed its cycle
We begin by gently releasing what no longer feels true: old identities, expectations, patterns, and attachments to outcomes.
This is not about giving up or pushing things away.
It’s about recognising what has quietly run its course and allowing space for something new to form.
You’ll be guided to notice:
• what feels outdated or heavy
• where you may be holding on out of habit or loyalty
• what is ready to be honoured and released
✧ Allowing
Listening for what is already emerging
Allowing is not passivity.
It is a refined form of leadership.
In this part of the salon, we strengthen the capacity to listen inwardly — to intuition, gut knowing, and subtle signals that often get overridden by noise and urgency.
Together we explore:
• receiving rather than forcing
• trusting what you already know but may not yet have named
• noticing what wants to happen next, without rushing ahead
This is where clarity becomes felt, not decided.
✧ Planning
Creating structure that serves who you are becoming
This is not traditional goal-setting.
Planning here is approached as a light, supportive framework — a structure that holds you without constraining you.
You’ll be guided to shape a soft, values-aligned plan for the year ahead, one that:
• supports presence over performance
• balances flow with enough structure to feel held
• leaves white space for emergence and change
• responds to your future self, rather than old survival patterns
The result is direction that feels spacious, grounded and true.
What This Salon Is - and Is not:
This is not:
• a productivity workshop
• a vision-board session
• a performance-driven reset
It is:
• a grounded, intimate space for women
• an invitation to choose yourself as the organising principle of your year
• a return to inner authority, clarity and self-trust
You’ll leave feeling steadier, clearer and quietly empowered, with a sense of direction that feels aligned rather than imposed.
