Modern life asks a lot. Over time it becomes easy to feel overwhelmed, pulled in many directions, and disconnected from yourself.
Plug Back In is a series of women’s sessions designed as a space to step out of the noise of everyday life and return to your own clarity and direction.
Each session stands on its own, you are welcome to attend one or come regularly.
This Session: The Disconnect & The Return
Feeling pulled in different directions and finding your way back to yourself
Modern life can leave us feeling scattered, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves.
In this session, we explore how that shows up and gently begin the process of coming back to a steadier, more grounded place.
What to expect:
• grounding and simple practices
• guided reflection
• optional sharing in a calm, supportive space
You don’t need to prepare anything or perform in any way.
Just come as you are.
