The Mirror Never Lies

Our relationships, whether loving or triggering, always show us something.

There are moments I forget this and still would ask:

“Why are they like that?”

More often than not though, now, I ask:

“What does this reflect in me?”

“What does this awaken in me?”

Sometimes…a relationship reveals a need I am unable to articulate.

Sometimes…it shows a version of me I had rejected.

Other times, it mirrors a power I haven’t yet uncovered.

This ‘mirror work’ isn’t easy.

But it is transformative.

Inside Plug Back In, we will explore:

  • Projection vs. truth

  • Intimacy vs. self-protection

  • Needs vs. resentment

You don’t need to fix your relationships and others in them. But you certainly can use them to find yourself.

Have you noticed what your current relationships might be mirroring back to you?

You’re warmly welcome to join: Plug Back In: Relationship as Mirror, Thursday 31 July, 10am UK.
