Integration is The Work
It’s time for integration. Not more doing. Not more seeking.
But letting what has already moved in you, land.
We may be stirring up stories, longings, fears and truths. We may hold up mirrors to our inner selves.
But if we don’t integrate that which we realise, it’s all just theory.
It stays in the mind, or floats in the nervous system as scattered energy.
Integration means:
Letting what’s not yours dissolve
Letting what is yours take centre stage
Allowing the system to rewire, gently, slowly in its own way.
How?
By slowing down.
By giving yourself space.
Not rushing to fix, push or improve.
What to do?
Breathe.
Walk.
Journal.
Nap.
Let the energy settle, like you would stirred sand in a glass of water, and you will be surprised how much becomes clearer.
If you missed today’s Plug Back In – Relationship as Mirror, the next live session - The Sacred Pause on 28 August will be all about integration, rest, and trusting the sacred pause.
