Session 3: Relationship as Mirror
Held Online, Globally
Time Zones:
5 pm – 7 pm AWST
10 am – 12 pm GMT
11 am – 1 pm CET
How do our relationships reflect parts of ourselves we may not see?
In this session, we will gently explore the dynamics of connection: projection, protection, intimacy, and unmet needs. Our closest relationships, whether romantic, familial, or professional, often serve as mirrors, revealing what we’re holding, hiding, or longing to be seen.
What You’ll Experience:
Arrival Ritual: A grounding practice to land in presence and prepare to witness relational dynamics.
Guided Meditation: To attune to your felt sense in the company of others.
Reflective Writing & Inquiry: Invitation to notice where projection, reactivity, or unconscious patterns show up.
Circle Sharing: A held space to speak and listen without fixing; to witness and be witnessed.
Themes We will Explore:
Projection vs. Presence: How we see in others what lives in us, both shadow and light.
Protection Patterns: Learned relational strategies - withdrawal, taking care, blurring of boundaries.
Intimacy & Vulnerability: What it feels like to show up as ourselves.
Unmet Needs: Recognising what we long for, and often look for externally.
Takeaways:
A clearer sense of how relationships hold and trigger parts of your inner world.
The ability to identify when you’re projecting or self-protecting—and to choose presence instead.
New relational language and embodied awareness to bring softness into connection.
A deeper sense of self through connection, not through performance.
